Spanish Muslims Declare bin Laden "Outside of Islam"

Madrid - Spain's Islamic Commission, grouping the nation's Muslim community, issued a fatwa against al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden, in the name of whose network last year's Madrid train bombings were claimed.
