If we have reached the point in Iraq where their government, their Congress, is full of lazy, conniving, two faced blow-hards; then I think we really can consider bringing the troops home. The Iraqi Congress went ahead and took August off, to me that's a sign that they are ready. Their head pooh-bah even publicly stated that we could leave any time and they would be fine. He was probably just playing to his constituency, trying to drum up a little Iraqi pride, but never the less, someone needs to remind the Iraqis and the communists in our press that when a country, hosting our military, asks us to leave, we do so rather quickly.
